These terms and conditions apply to your use of KlusjeBij. By using the platform you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before you use our services.
Platform and accounts
Our platform
KlusjeBij is a platform where you can offer and carry out small jobs in your neighbourhood. We facilitate the connection between people who need help and people who want to help.
Account registration
To make full use of KlusjeBij you need an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your login details safe.
Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our services.
Use and rules
Permitted use
You may use the platform for legitimate jobs and services. Be respectful in your communication and only post your own jobs.
Prohibited use
You may not promote illegal activities, spread misleading information, intimidate other users or send spam messages.
Payments
KlusjeBij does not process payments and charges no commission or posting fees. The poster and the helper agree the price between themselves and settle payment directly with each other, for example in cash or with a payment request, after the job is done. KlusjeBij is not a party to that agreement or to the payment.
Liability
Role of the platform
KlusjeBij is an intermediary platform and is not a party to transactions between users. We are not liable for the quality of jobs carried out.
User responsibility
You are fully liable for your own actions on the platform. In disputes between users we try to mediate, but final responsibility lies with the parties involved.
Ownership
The content and technology of KlusjeBij are our property. By uploading content you grant us a licence to use it for the operation of the platform.
Termination and law
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time via the settings. We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms.
Changes
We may change these terms. Important changes are communicated via the platform or by email. By continuing to use the platform you accept the changed terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent Dutch court.
